AuraMeet is testing a free community for adults interested in meaningful connections and shared spiritual interests. This notice covers the community signup page.

What this page collects

We save the name, city and connection preference you submit, the time of signup, the version of the consent notice, and campaign source labels included in the page link. If you select the WhatsApp join button, we record the time of that click. A click does not tell us whether you joined or spoke to anyone.

We do not ask for your phone number on this form. Do not submit sensitive personal information, health details or private information about other people.

Why we collect it

The information helps us understand where community interest comes from, improve the signup experience, and assess interest in friendships, practice partners, travel companions and community. Signup information is available to the AuraMeet community team and authorised project administrators who help operate this pilot. We do not sell it.

WhatsApp is a separate service

You choose whether to open the invite and join. WhatsApp handles that action under its own terms and privacy policy. Depending on the group and WhatsApp settings, other members may see your phone number, profile and anything you share. Read the group rules before posting. Leaving a group does not automatically delete information already saved through this form.

Storage, access and deletion

Signup records are stored in an access-controlled Google Sheet using Google Apps Script. Website requests are processed by our hosting provider before they are sent to Google. The Sheet is not published publicly; access is restricted to the AuraMeet team and authorised project administrators. Ask the operator to access, correct or delete your record using the contact below. To locate a record, provide the name and city used at signup; do not send identity documents. Signup records are kept for a 90-day community-test period. Automated checks run at server startup and daily to remove records older than 90 days. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us. We may need enough information to locate your record before acting on a request. This application does not create separate automated backup copies of signup data. Google may retain document version history under its own service policies; the 90-day automatic cleanup applies to active signup rows.

Your choices

Submitting the form is voluntary. You can stop before submitting, choose not to join WhatsApp, or leave the group at any time. Agreement to this notice does not subscribe you to promotional email or WhatsApp broadcasts. Email us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your signup consent. We do not knowingly accept signups from people under 18; contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

Cookies and advertising

This version does not load advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing cookies. Campaign labels are saved only when you submit the form. If tracking is added later, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated first.

Updates to this notice

If the data collected or its use changes, we will update this notice and its effective date. We will request fresh consent where needed before using previously collected information for a new purpose.
